Your Court Location

Traffic Ticket Due Date
Take note of the due date listed on the bottom of your ticket. You must take some action on your traffic ticket by this due date. Unfortunately many times the court does not send a courtesy letter about your ticket. If you fail to take any action on this ticket and you do not appear in court by the due date on the bottom of your ticket, a DMV Hold will be placed on your license and you will be charged with a Failure To Appear (VC 40509.5 holds).
